Welcome to the home-page of the group of Prof. Michele Cascella, at the University of Berne. In our lab, we develop and apply multiscale techniques to the study of biological macromolecules. Particular efforts are put into coupling atomistic-detailed descriptions of matter to Coarse-grained Hamiltonians.
